Despite Denver’s Arctic freeze in mid-January, neighbors showed up with resilience and energy for the first event of 2025—the Fitness & Wellness Expo. Over 90 participants joined in, connecting with 17 local fitness and wellness businesses while picking up Swag Bags filled with bath salts, coupons, water bottles, and other neighborhood goodies.

Check-in hosts Yoga Center of Denver and 5 Star Salt Caves welcomed attendees in the cold, while Healthy Matters with Leigh and Ellas Events kept spirits high with a Selfie Sunday and sidewalk dance party at 15 degrees!

Over the following two weeks, participants visited local businesses, collected stickers, and entered to win the grand prize. At Wash Perk, we celebrated Charlene, the lucky winner, with an incredible prize bundle featuring memberships, fitness gear, and wellness experiences from our generous sponsors.
